NEW RESEARCH STUDY AGAIN CONFIRMS
THE SAFETY AND EFFECTIVENESS OF ROX WATER
Recently, a significant new study assessed and summarised
existing research into the commercial use of electrolyzed
water, further confirming its safety and efficacy. Titled
"Application of Electrolyzed Water in the Food Industry," this
study was conducted by a group of highly regarded food science experts in
the U.S. and Taiwan
. It concludes:
"Electrolyzed
water has the following advantages over other traditional cleaning
agents: effective disinfection, easy operation, relatively inexpensive,
and environmentally friendly. The main advantage of EO water is its
safety. EO water, which is also a strong acid, is different to hydrochloric
acid or sulfuric acid in that it is not corrosive to skin, mucous
membrane, or organic material."

ROX WATER APPROVED TO REMOVE
BACTERIA AND OTHER PATHOGENS FROM FRESH FOODS
ROX Water is systematically being evaluated by health
departments throughout Australia . Authorities
in Victoria , NSW, South
Australia , and Queensland have
already accepted ROX Water as a highly effective alternative to chemical
sanitizing. They note in particular that chemical-free ROX Water is the
ideal method for removing bacteria, micro-organisms, and pathogens from
fresh fruits, vegetables, and salads, without the potentially dangerous
side effects of chlorine-based chemical sanitizers. This is especially
relevant in critical care sites, such as hospitals and aged care facilities.

eWATER SETS SIX-STAR STANDARD
IN CLEAN
Opening for business in July,
2009, the six-star Melbourne Convention Exhibition Centre sets a new
standard for food preparation in Australia with a new standard in
cleaning and sanitizing through a ROX 15 System. The ROX 15 600-litre
tanks deliver ROX Water throughout the massive kitchen for crystal-clean,
residue-free stainless surfaces and equipment. It also healthfully and
safely sanitizes fresh vegetables, fruits, and fish. MCEC Sous Chef David Carnovale says,"eWater is the way of the future for all commercial kitchens.
It helps cut the cost of expensive chemicals and is simple to use and
highly effective"

SCOTCHMANS CREEK TAPS eWATER
Scotchmans Creek, a
state-of-the-art, 130-bed aged care facility in Mount Waverley , Victoria , has taken
steps to further encourage the health of its residents and clean more
effectively at the same time with our ROX 20 system. Installed throughout
the facility, the ROX 20's 200-litre tanks supply a natural and powerful
alternative to harsh, chlorine-filled cleansing solutions. "The ROX
system has proven to be an excellent choice, especially for cleaning and
sanitizing in kitchens and all wet areas", owner Rick Thomas says.
"It saves substantial chemical costs, is easy for staff to use, and
is ideal for us as an environmentally conscious organization".

ROX WATER CUSTOMERS GET A BREAK FROM GOVERNMENT - NEW
INVESTMENT ALLOWANCE MEANS ADDITIONAL 50% SAVINGS
There
has never been a better time to invest in a ROX Water system. As
announced in the May Federal Budget, businesses that choose ROX are now
entitled to a 50% investment allowance. This represents a remarkable
opportunity to acquire a healthful alternative to costly and harmful chemicals.
While ROX Water systems typically pay for themselves in well under three
years, the new investment allowances can cut that already short time in
half, this break can reduce payback periods to less 18 months.
That's some opportunity.
